Privacy Policy

Overneath Creative Collective, LLC · d/b/a OnCall Content

What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — plainly stated. Effective August 13, 2026.

I.Who We Are

OnCall Content is a service of Overneath Creative Collective, LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company doing business as OnCall Content, based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This policy describes what personal information we collect through oncallcontent.club and the OnCall client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, people who create accounts, and the teammates our clients add to their accounts.

II.Information We Collect

We collect what we need to run your portal and deliver your content — provided by you or generated as you use the service:

Account & contact details:
Your name, email address, phone number, job title, and (optionally) a mailing address and profile photo.
Business information:
Your company's name and legal/billing name, business and shoot addresses, billing email, logo, and the teammates you add to your account.
Bookings & projects:
Shoot dates, locations, on-site contacts, parking notes, edit briefs, shot ideas, and the brand preferences you keep in your portal's Brand Kit.
Content & files:
The footage and photos we capture for you, and any files you upload through Drop-Off.
Billing records:
Invoices, hours purchases, and payment status. Payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks — card and bank numbers go directly to them and are never stored on our systems.
Messages & feedback:
Messages you send through the portal or by email, and any bug reports or feature requests you submit.
Technical basics:
Session cookies that keep you signed in, security and audit logs of account activity, and standard server logs. On our public marketing pages only, advertising tags from Meta, Google (Analytics and Ads), and LinkedIn set cookies or collect page-visit data so we can measure how well our ads work and reach interested visitors with them — none of these ever run inside the logged-in portal. Those same public pages also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you, and which stays out of the portal too.

III.How We Use It

  • Running your portal: bookings, edit requests, file delivery, your Hours Bank, and your team's access.
  • Coordinating shoots — for example, turning a shoot address into directions, travel math, and a weather forecast for the crew.
  • Billing and account management through QuickBooks.
  • Service emails: booking confirmations, reminders, delivery notices, and balance updates. You control the frequency of most of these in your email preferences.
  • Our newsletter — only if you opt in, and every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Keeping accounts secure and improving how the service works.

IV.What We Never Do

  • We never sell or rent your personal information.
  • We don't run advertising trackers inside your logged-in portal. The advertising tools we use — the Meta Pixel, Google's Analytics and Ads tags, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, all measuring our own marketing — run only on our public marketing pages, and never touch your portal activity, your content, or your files. Our cookieless visitor analytics are held to the same boundary.
  • We don't use your content or information for anything beyond providing and improving the service — your footage is yours.

V.Service Providers

A small set of providers help us run the service. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

Vercel:
Hosts the website and portal, and provides the cookieless Web Analytics that counts visits to our public marketing pages — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and nothing tied to your account.
Neon:
Hosts our database.
Adobe Frame.io:
Stores and delivers your footage, photos, and Drop-Off uploads.
Google:
Calendar scheduling for shoots, email for support conversations, and Maps for shoot locations and travel. On our public marketing pages, Google Analytics measures site traffic and Google Ads measures our ad campaigns — both stay out of the portal, and standard tracker blockers stop them entirely.
Intuit QuickBooks:
Invoicing and payment processing.
Resend:
Sends our service emails.
MailerLite:
Sends the newsletter to subscribers.
Meta:
Ad measurement on our public marketing pages. The Meta Pixel reports page visits and sign-up conversions to Meta Platforms so we can see which of our ads work. Meta's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy; you can review your ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences, and standard tracker blockers stop the pixel entirely.
LinkedIn:
Ad audience building on our public marketing pages. The LinkedIn Insight Tag reports page visits to LinkedIn so we can reach visitors with our ads there. LinkedIn's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy; you can adjust your ad preferences in your LinkedIn settings, and standard tracker blockers stop the tag entirely.
Asana:
Tracks bug reports and feature requests you submit from the portal.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a business transition like a merger — in which case this policy continues to apply to what was collected under it.

VI.Your Email Choices

Service emails and marketing are separate. You can tune how often you hear from us about balances, teammates' activity, and hours summaries in your portal's email preferences (Personal settings, and My Portal for account owners). The newsletter is strictly opt-in and every issue has an unsubscribe link. A few essentials — like invoices and responses to your own requests — always send, because the service doesn't work without them.

VII.How Long We Keep Things

We keep account information while your account is active. Business records — invoices, terms acceptances, payment history — are kept as long as tax and business law requires. Deliverables and uploaded files follow the retention windows described in our Terms & Conditions. When you ask us to delete something we're not required to keep, we will.

VIII.Your Rights

You can see and update most of your information yourself in the portal — Personal settings for your own details, My Portal for your company's. For anything else — a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion — email team@oncallcontent.club and a real person will handle it.

IX.Security

Information travels encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it, and account activity is logged. No system is perfectly secure, so if you ever spot something that worries you, tell us at team@oncallcontent.club and we'll jump on it.

X.Children

OnCall Content is a business service. It isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

XI.Changes to This Policy

When this policy changes, we'll post the update here with a new effective date. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we'll email account owners before it takes effect.
